When I represent buyers, I work to get the best possible price, ensuring you’re satisfied with the outcome. When I represent sellers, I create competition among buyers to secure the highest possible sale price.

I lead negotiations using key factors such as market value, tax records, sales history, days on market (DOM), realist data, encumbrances, and a thorough market analysis, including the average sale prices of similar homes in the area.

My daily routine to maximize performance

Every morning, I start my day early by checking the latest real estate listings on MLS and Zillow. After handling the unique needs of the 15 or so clients I’m working with on any given day, I grab a Dunkin’ Donuts bagel and a cup of coffee and head out to the field. From Edgewater to Fort Lee, through Closter, Old Tappan, and all the way to Mahwah, I’m constantly on the move with my clients, making sure every corner is covered. I also make time to scout properties that I’ll be showing the next day.

In the evening, back at my home office, I dive into detailed analyses of the homes my clients are interested in and craft offer strategies. After reviewing business and marketing tasks to hit both my short- and long-term goals, I wrap up the day by going over the homes currently on the market one more time. All of this is a reflection of my commitment to making sure I never miss a detail for any of my clients.
